Step 1
It is important to review the document prior to notarizing the document. As your notary service, we want to be sure you understand what you are signing and are fully willing and able. We are not licensed attorneys and are unable to give any legal advice.
Step 3
We will proceed by verifying the identity of the signers. HRS 456 Statutes states that identity can be verified by an unexpired government issued ID, passport, or drivers license. It is helpful to bring more than one form of identification if possible. However, the only requirement is one form of identification.

It is essential that we provide a relaxed environment for our clients. We come to you and will ensure a memorable experience with our trusted notaries. We are friendly, positive and knowledgeable. The notary will gather your information and secure an appointment time and location. We will make sure that we are prepared to complete your notarized documents in accuracy per notary state regulations.

Step 4
We want to make sure all documents are filled out properly and there are no blank spaces. We will continue by complete the signing with all notarizations and signatures finalized. We will record the notarization in our notary journal as well as any important information. We will quickly double check to make sure the documents are completed accurately as we ensure a smooth process .
